The neighbourhood of Crescent Heights is one of Calgary's most desirable and established communities.  Houses for sale in Crescent Heights are very diverse with options for all types of buyers.  Atop the hill overlooking downtown and the Bow River, you will find large executive homes on wife lots that go for over $1 million frequently.  However, there are some more modestly priced homes throughout the area as well.  What makes Crescent heights so awesome is its proximity to so many great things and its outdoor recreational facilities.  Where do we start?  16th Ave (Trans Canada Hwy) bounds the area to the north and offers great access to surrounding communities and other transit lines. Homes on Crescent Hill, you will find Lookout Point, a regular spot for the active outdoorsman that features a staircase to the bottom of the hill and Bow River.  Joggers frequently use this site during the summer months to get or keep in shape.  There is also an urban park called Crescent Heights Park that includes Crescent Heights High School, one of the largest High Schools in the city.  This park also has a community association and is known for its Yoga gatherings throughout the summer months.  Close to 16th Ave you will find the walkability is unmatched.  There are many unique shops and restaurants local residents can enjoy.
