Glamorgan Homes For Sale in Calgary, AB

Properties for sale in Glamorgan are as diverse as they come.  Options include homes for all types of potential buyers but are almost entirely modest laned houses and townhomes.  Wide lots, straight roads, parks and playgrounds can be found dispersed throughout the community.  There is two good-sized parks in the neighbourhood and two schools.  Glamorgan Park is the larger of the two parks located in the southwestern section of the community.  One of the things that make this area great is its proximity to Mount Royal University.  This University, founded in 1911 was a college up until 2009 when it was identified as a University offering 14 applied degrees across all disciplines.  Glamorgan has good income potential because of its location to the University.  Many students have found residential housing options in this suburban-urban area.  Neighbouring communities include Glenbrook, Glendale and Lincoln Park.
