Springbank Hill is one of the most desirable and prestigious communities in Calgary.  Homes for sale are frequently over $1 million, but there are some more affordable options as well.  This area is located north of Glenmore Trail, south of 17th Ave SW and west of 69th Street SW.  Springbank Hill borders the city's west side which allows for stunning hillside and mountain views.  Available houses for sale in Springbank Hill include large executive style homes, reversed walkout properties, large acreage estates and exclusive custom houses.  Amenities in this area are great, with West Hills and Signal Hill Shopping Centres close by.  These shopping areas include almost all major retailers, a Cineplex Odeon Theatre and many coffee shops and restaurants.  There are many schools and recreational facilities in this community as well. Ambrose University, Ernest Manning High School and Rundle College  are all located in the northeast section of the community on 17th Ave SW and 69th ST SW.  These schools have great outdoor recreation with an athletic park, as well as football and soccer fields.
