Vivian Richter - The Personal Touch!

Vivian was born and raised north of Edmonton, Alberta and moved to Calgary in 1978. A Mount Royal College graduate in Leisure Education, she pursued her career as a recreation program coordinator working with all age groups including senior citizens.

 Dedicated to her family, she also volunteered countless hours over the years to community schools, competitive sport teams and other associations. These organizations and commitment to helping people, led her into taking an active role with her husband’s real estate career by becoming a licensed Realtor from 2000 - 2008.

 As Team Ken Richter expanded, Vivian has continued to stay active in the industry as an unlicensed real estate assistant with her husband Ken Richter and her son Chris Richter.

 Managing various administrative activities, client care services and assisting in the development of many promotional and marketing tools, Vivian truly brings the personal touch to the client-oriented service that Team Ken Richter strives to maintain.

 Vivian’s enthusiasm and passion for family and business enhances all her endeavors!
