Food Trucks are mobile restaurants that serve food out of an old ice cream style truck. There are food trucks for everything these days, from Sushi to Tacos, and Gelato to Cookie Dough. That's right, Cookie Dough. Here are some delicious local Calgary food trucks to hunt down this spring at an event near you:

Family Squeezed Lemonade: "We have re-engineered what lemonade was. These are made to order; fresh fruit and herbs...with a twist! It may be cold, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay at home! After all, we’re made tough here in Alberta. Put on your winter clothes, gas up your car, and check out these nearby attractions for a fun day trip from Calgary:

  • Canmore: While Banff gets the global acclaim, Canmore also has so much to offer (without requiring a park pass). Check out Rocky Mountain Bagels, Canmore Brewing, BeaverTails, Mountain Equipment Co, and so much more on main street. At the North end you can walk down the boardwalk through the marsh, where wildlife abounds. There are spectacular views and great places to stay overnight should you wish. Canmore has something for everyone and is only 45 minutes out of the city.
  • Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump: Skip the busy…

Happy Valentine’s Week, Calgary!

All of us here at Team Ken Richter would like to offer you our sincere thanks and love. You are the reason we have loved serving the City of Calgary all of these years. Calgary has so many wonderful things to offer its residents and visitors that they could never all fit into one list; but we're going to try.

Here are 10 reasons we love YYC:

  2. The Amenities! Hiking, skiing, walking, climbing, shopping, eating, drinking;…
