The current tenants are moving out end of February. The upstairs has two good sized bedrooms, separate dining area, large front living room including a wood burning fireplace, patio doors to a sunny massive (15'6"x 12'3') front west deck, and an updated 4-pce bath The fully developed lower area is currently used as a short rental c/w bed and breakfast bar including a kitchenette eating area(Not legal), currently there are two massive bedrooms featuring large windows. nice updated 3-pce bath and convenient laundry. Totally fenced rear yard only steps away for the river and bike paths(this area did not flood). Excellent quiet location close to all schools, a short commute to downtown and easy access west to the mountains. Great value!!
