Christmas is only a few days away! You know what that means… the malls are packed because people have not finished shopping for gifts. This may be the most wonderful time of the year for businesses that are profiting from last minute gift-buyers, but it is definitely not the most wonderful time of the year for shoppers that just want to get home. Especially with new COVID-19 restrictions, getting in and out of shops is more difficult and less advisable.
To make your last minute gift shopping process faster, we have complied a list of Christmas gift ideas that are easy to aquire. Figure out exactly what you need, exactly where you can get things and get ready to wade through the crazies. It is time for your last minute gift guide:
1). Starbucks: Starbucks has a wide range of tumblers, coffee beans and gift cards that make the perfect little gift trio for that special coffee lover in your life. This gift is thoughtful and useful. Since there are millions of Starbucks’ in every neighbourhood, you won’t have to travel far to find the perfect gift.
2). The holidays are stressful, so make your gift a little post-Christmas pampering pack. Go to your local drugstore and stock up on the persons favourite magazine and candy. Toss in a bath bomb and nice smelling candle. Buy a plain whicker basket and throw everything inside. Write a nice little note explaining why the person you’re buying for deserves to treat themselves to a night off and voila!
3). Subscriptions are always a great last minute gift. There are magazines for everything: astronomy, country music, guitar lovers, body building, gardening, cooking, etc. There are also now subscriptions for snack crates, dog goodies, and so much more. A subscription is the gift that keeps on giving. Every month the person will get a treat in the mail and be reminded of how much you love them. Also you don’t have to leave your couch to purchase the gift!
Good luck checking off your shopping lists before the big day arrives!
