There are a handful of events happening this month that we are excited to share with you!
First, it's important to take note of November 11th happening next Wednesday. This Remembrance Day is a stat holiday for most Calgarians as per usual, but is going to look different this year. Due to COVID cases rising across the city and new restrictions set in place by Alberta Health Services, ceremonies in memorial to our veterans are going to look different. Military sites such as museums and the Memorial Drive feild of crosses will be open to visitors, but large scale ceremonies are being held as virtual events. If you do plan to visit a site in Calgary, we recommend booking a timed ticket in advance wherever possible. You can see a full list of events taking place, both in person and online, by clicking here.
