Canada Day is July 1st, and we cannot wait to celebrate our great country! In the spirit of this special day, here are some fun facts about Canada that you may not know:

Happy Canada Day Long Weekend!

Canada Day Long Weekend is born out of Canada Day, a day celebrating the birth of the true north strong and free. At Reference they explain, "Canada Day, celebrated every year on July 1, is a Canadian federal holiday that celebrates the enactment of the British North America Act of 1867. The act united three colonies into a single country within the British Empire, and named that country Canada." Essentially, Canada Day is Canada's birthday!
