This warranty protects new home owners from falling victim of poorly built homes. The warranty lasts from when you take possession of your infill to five years later. This gives your new home plenty of time to settle and experience different seasons since problems are not always immediately recognizable. If there are any issues, this warranty protects you from paying anything to get them fixed. It is a great warranty to take advantage of!
You can design your own infill, but there are also a lot of fantastic already built infills in communities such as Bowness, Montgomery, Mount Royal and Inglewood (to name a few). All of these communities are close to downtown but retain old-Calgary charm, making buying an infill the perfect way to have your cake and eat it too.
