This is a property that we like to call a Handyman Special. It needs some work, but it is a great opportunity to build up sweat equity. Finish the work on this partially renovated two bedroom home and profit tomorrow. The house is being sold as is. It is in an excellent location, only one block away from the gorgeous river and fantastic bike paths. Don't worry; this property is not in the flood zone and it did not flood back in 2013. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this large 54x120 R-C1 fenced south lot home is priced to sell. Call us today at 403-630-6363 to set up your showing!

Newfoundland & Labrador is Canada's most eastern province, with Labrador attached to the northwest corner of Quebec and Newfoundland hanging off into the Atlantic ocean as an island. The name for this province is Portuguese, but also has significance in the native language of Inuttitut. Newfoundland means "terra nova" in Portuguese, which translates to "new land." The name Labrador is derived from the surname of Fernandes Lavrador, a Portuguese explorer. It also translates to "the big land" in Inuttitut.
