So you found the perfect property. It checks off everything on your wish list and is in your budget. Your real estate agent submits your offer to the sellers, and you cross your fingers. Everything seems like it is going according to plan when suddenly, you get terrible news.

Your offer on the property has just been rejected.

There are a number of reasons why your offer on a property could be rejected, and a number of things you can do to remedy the situation. Here they are:

In honor of Canada's 150th birthday, we are featuring a different province each week. This week we are kicking off this blogging programming with Prince Edward Island, our maritime neighbor!

In 1873, PEI officially joined the Canadian Confederation.

PEI is the smallest province in Canada in both land size and population. Many…

Beakerhead Calgary 2017 is here.

Beakerhead is, in its own words,  "an annual program that brings together the arts, sciences, and engineering sectors to build, engage, compete, and exhibit interactive works of art, engineered creativity and entertainment. Year-round programming and community-connecting culminates in a five-day citywide spectacle consisting over over 60 events centered around delightfully bizarre engineered installations and…

We get it, your house is beautiful and perfect just the way it is. You scrubbed it clean and bought one of those timed Febreeze air fresheners. There is a handful of chocolates on the table and the closet doors are all closed to hide any mess. Your house is now ready for an open house, right?
