Looking for some healthy back to school treats? Look no further. Team Ken Richter has got you covered. 

Veggies in a Mason Jar: Cut vegetables, such as peppers, cucumbers, celery and carrots, into strips. Put them in a mason jar, then put dipping sauce into an empty (and cleaned) fruit cup. Attach the fruit cup to the jar using the sealing ring and you are good to go!

Frozen Grapes: Flash freeze grapes by spreading them out, already rinsed, on a baking sheet and putting them in the freezer for 3-5 hours.
