Welcome to an original owners home in the coveted NW area of Scenic Acres. This was a popular floor plan featuring over 1800sqft, three bedrooms and a main floor den.

The informal kitchen and family room combination offers a relaxed atmosphere for sitting by the cozy main floor family room gas fireplace. The large comer lot will legally accommodate RV parking, also features a large double attached garage. The mechanical was updated this year including a new f/a furnace, and a h/w tank in 2019. The house was lovingly preserved but, it does require some cosmetic TLC updating but well worth the sweat equity at this price level!
